Add `eventDefinition` support for steps in DiagramEditor: 

- Initialize `eventDefinition` property for steps based on category.
- Update step creation and editing logic in `DiagramEditorPage` and `ConfigurationPanel`.
- Ensure proper handling of `eventDefinition` for `EVENT` steps.
