Remove Mermaid.js and FontAwesome dependencies: 

- Delete `Mermaid.tsx` component and associated references.
- Update `package.json` to remove `mermaid` and FontAwesome libraries.
- Revise `README.md` to exclude mentions of Mermaid.js and FontAwesome.
- Optimize `vite.config.ts` with Rollup manual chunking for third-party libraries.
