Refactor UI components and add reusable elements: 

- Introduced `SourceBadge`, `BanCard`, `Pagination`, and `IPLink` reusable components.
- Refactored `IpDetailView` and `BanHistory` to use new components.
- Added WebSocket configuration to `banguardian-server`.
