Update `.gitlab-ci.yml` for Docker build improvements and ignore `.idea` directory: 

- Switch Docker image to `docker:20-dind` and adjust related variables.
- Enhance `docker build` and `docker push` steps.
- Add `.idea/` to `.gitignore`.
