Update OpnSense URL and fix URL reference in ConfigMap and application.yaml 

- Change `APP_OPNSENSE_URL` to `https://192.168.1.1` in both development and production ConfigMaps.
- Correct `APP_APP_OPNSENSE_URL` to `APP_OPNSENSE_URL` in `application.yaml`.
