Update CORS, add custom error handling, and refine proxy configuration: 

- Expanded CORS mappings to `/**` for broader coverage.
- Added custom error page handling for HTTP 404 in `WebConfig`.
- Updated Vite proxy configuration by streamlining API route definitions.
